These are the members who raise their hands to run the chapter — taking attendance, logging referrals, and holding the line on the rules that make the referrals worth anything. Attendance is taken. Referrals are logged. Members who stop showing up stop being members. That sounds harsh right up until you've sat in a group where nobody's held to anything and watched the referrals dry up by March. Our leadership team volunteers for the job of making sure that doesn't happen here.
